Resonance's catalog is powered by an internal, provider-agnostic sync architecture — built so a new music source can be added without reshaping the app around it.
How the catalog is built
Behind the scenes, Resonance syncs metadata from external music providers through a common adapter layer, normalizes it into one internal schema, and serves it from Resonance's own API. Every part of the app — search, browsing, playback links — reads from that single internal API, regardless of how many providers feed it.
No public API today
This is an internal architecture, not a public developer platform. There is currently no public API, SDK or developer signup program for third parties to build on top of Resonance.
